rude manager underccoked potatoes

The breakfast featured many fresh vegetables and fruits. Also a live cooking station prepared eggs.

The food was disappointing, and the service was arrogant. I complained about undercooked potatoes. The main restaurant manager reacted rudely and threw the same potatoes back into the oil. He then brought them back soaked in grease and stopped greeting us. This level of disrespect toward guests is not acceptable.

The location was convenient. It's right on the beach.

The noise was a major issue. a nightclub operated until late, its music blaring through the walls. i barely slept. It was so loud!

My room had straight access to the pool near my door. The staff spoke multiple languages and were very friendly. The hotel offered great comfort in general I appreciated that. The breakfast had good options and tasted great.
